AI Quay Crane Container Recognition System
The AI Quay Crane Container Recognition System uses high-definition cameras and AI intelligent industrial computers installed on the quay cranes to give full play to the advantages of edge computing in terms of speed, security, reliability and scalability.
The front-end deep learning algorithm AI recognition, realizes "front-end perception and multi-layers cognition", which can extract video feature data more accurately, avoid the quality loss of video picture codec transmission, and be more accurate and efficient than back-end perception.
The original data collected by the front end is all gathered to the quay crane AI intelligent industrial computer, for the container number, tractor number, container damage and other characteristics, in the front end can automatically quickly identify and complete the data structured processing, for the tally operation scenario, the identification of container and tractor number real-time and agility requirements are higher, can better meet the business needs of tally operation. With the increase of data scale, the performance of artificial intelligence AI deep learning algorithms has also continued to grow, and the average recognition rate has increased significantly and steadily.
System core functions including: video automatic tracking module, PLC trigger linkage control module, tractor number recognition module, container number recognition module, ISO number recognition module and container damage automatic detection module, to complete container number identification, container size identification, container damage detection, tractor number recognition and other functions. The system automatically uploads the identified container information to the container intelligent tally platform, so as to achieve the background container AI automatic tally, reducing the need of tally personnel at field and improving tally efficiency.
